The promoter of the prize draw is Peppermill Interiors which is a trading name of Peppermill Antiques Ltd and shall hereon be referred to as ‘the promoter’.
1. The giveaway is open to persons aged 18 years or over, except employees of Peppermill Interiors and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the company or judging of the competition.
2. There is no entry fee for this giveaway.
3. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. Closing date for entry will be when @Peppermillinteriors Instagram Account hits 20,000 followers. After this date no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
5. To enter the giveaway, you must follow @peppermillinteriors on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/peppermillinteriors and like the relevant post. Tag two friends in the comments underneath the post. Share to your Instagram stories.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. One winner will be chosen at random from all entries received.
8. The winner will be notified by DM once @Peppermillinteriors Instagram Account hits 20,000 followers. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 week of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
11. The prize is as follows: £500 worth of Peppermill Interiors Vouchers, which can be spent in the showroom, or over the phone.
12. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. Winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by the promoter.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
