I would like to record my thanks for the excellent service and quality of product received from your organisation. My partner and I have just moved into the area after downsizing from Four Oaks, and to be honest I had never heard of you, I was introduced to you via a property developer friend of mine, and as such experienced probably the best “retail” experience I have had for many years.

About 8 weeks ago we visited your showroom looking for a dining table and chairs, the staff that looked after us were excellent attentive, knowledgeable, consultative and helpful without the usual trait of being over the top.
I left a few hundred pounds lighter having bought a Burford table , bench and two chairs. I went back this week to pay the balance and the young lady that looked after me was excellent.

Yesterday my table was delivered as expected, - the two delivery chaps were excellent despite the weather and the tricky delivery- but is was then that the service excellence really kicked in. We noticed a couple of slight issues with the finish of the table legs- nothing major but clearly rectification was required. Your team reacted brilliantly, the two delivery guys called the office and sent pictures and did not leave until a rectification plan was agreed. Within the hour one of your ladies visited us and rectified the issue, - no fuss. no mess just brilliantly professional. She then made the additional effort of bringing a small pot of paint for future use on her way home – how good is that.

It will not surprise you that I will be recommending you, your product and most importantly your excellent team not only locally but also further afield.

In addition, the courier company employed by you were also exceptional, contacting me almost on a daily basis with updates on delivery times. I contacted Kayleigh in your Customer Services Department several weeks ago about a chair that I bought from your company.

The frame had bent but it initially looked like the chair had been discontinued and a replacement wasn’t going to be possible. Over the course of several weeks Kayleigh kept me informed at every stage. She looked at having a new frame made but in the end managed to locate a replacement which arrived a couple of weeks ago.

I am delighted with what Kayleigh has done and so thrilled that there are still companies like yours that place such an emphasis on customer care.
