NEW WEBSITE Q&A
It’s been a few weeks now since we launched our BRAND-NEW website (we’re never going to get bored of saying that), and we’ve taken a look at the comments left for us in the survey we ran. We’re glad to hear that most of you loved the new website just as much as we do, but there were still a few queries here and there. So, without further ado, here are some answers to your questions…
Q. “When you couldn't purchase online we had to call or email you, which led to a nice personal service.”
A. If you are someone who enjoys a personal service, you are still more than welcome to place your order over the phone or in our showroom. Feel free to call us up to discuss what you’re looking for, to ask for advice, or simply for a chat! We’re available from 9am - 5.30pm during the week and 10am - 5pm on Saturdays to provide you with any assistance you might need.
Q. “Where can I see photos of the products in real homes?”
A. You can see our products in real homes on our Customer Photo gallery page! You can see the images there, or head over to our social media profiles! Instagram in particular has plenty of pictures of our products in real homes.
Q. “Can there be more dimensions information?”
A. There are product dimensions on every product page; just scroll down to the bottom to see it. And, if you need to find out something more specific about a particular item just call, email or message us via the instant chat function in the bottom corner of your screen.
Q. “Can there be a filter for the number of seats a table can fit?”
A. Unfortunately this is a little harder than it may seem. A lot of our tables are bespoke, and the sizes can vary enormously. Also, it depends on the size of the chairs how many you will be able to fit around a particular table; a wooden kitchen chair takes up much less space than a large upholstered chair. However, if you have a particular combination in mind, just contact us – our sales team are always happy to offer advice and guidance to help you make the right choice.
Q. “It would be good to see a ‘new additions’ section.”
A. On the homepage is a ‘New In’ section that shows our top four new arrivals. Click 'View More' to see a page full of our latest additions. Another great way to keep up to date with new products, is to join our mailing list.
Obviously, we think the new website is the best thing since sliced bread, but we'd love to know how you think we're getting on.
