The promoter of the prize draw is Peppermill Interiors which is a trading name of Peppermill Antiques Ltd, and shall hereon be referred to as ‘the promoter’. The collaborator on this prize draw is The Spa at Breedon Priory' and shall hereon be referred to as 'the collaborator'.
1. The competition is open to persons aged 18 years or over except employees of Peppermill Interiors and The Spa At Breedon Priory and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the company or judging of the competition.
2. There is no entry fee for this competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. Opening Time for Entry: 6:00pm on 02.09.24 and Closing Time for Entry: 6:00pm on 30.09.24. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7. The promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize once dispatched.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The winner will be chosen and notified via direct message from @peppermillinteriors on w/c 30.09.24 and announced on 'the promoter' and 'the collaborator's' Instagram stories. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw. The promoter is not responsible for sending out the collaborator's prize to the winner, the collaborator will be responsible for the prize they have given to the competition winner.
13. The prize is as follows: £250 voucher to spend at Peppermill Interiors and a Wellbeing Spa Day For Two (worth £320) at The Spa at Breedon Priory. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the promoter and the collaborator reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
15. From all entries received, the winner will be picked at random and verified by the promoter.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
