Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. This gift voucher entitles the bearer to a discount equal to the value of the gift voucher off his/her next purchase.
2. This voucher must be used in full in one transaction. No change will be given.
3. This gift voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.
4. This gift voucher is not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.
5. This gift voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue and is only valid once date stamped with the expiry date.
6. This gift voucher is void if the date stamp cannot be clearly read.
7. This gift voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher in order to extend the expiry date.
8. This gift voucher can only be used to purchase physical products sold by Peppermill Antiques Ltd. T/A Peppermill Interiors.
9. This gift voucher is only valid when presented in person – in store – prior to placing an order. The voucher cannot be used online or by any other means where the bearer is not present and in possession of the gift voucher.
10. In the event of a refund where full or part payment was made via gift voucher, the bearer will be credited with a gift voucher to the value of the one used in the original transaction, and if there is any remaining refund amount due this will be credited via the additional payment method used at time of purchase.
11. Gift vouchers cannot be used as a deposit for goods. The voucher can be used towards final payment of a balance as long as it is presented in person in compliance with clause 9.
12. This gift voucher is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
13. Peppermill Antiques Ltd. T/A Peppermill Interiors reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher in payment or part payment for any item where it reasonably suspects that the voucher may have been stolen, tampered with, duplicated or obtained in another illegal way.
14. Gift vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and Peppermill Antiques Ltd. T/A Peppermill Interiors reserves the right not to accept any vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
15. Peppermill Antiques Ltd. T/A Peppermill Interiors reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
