Dining out is a social event, it is the best way to catch up with friends, family and loved ones over a scrumptious meal. The Posthouse has created a fun social space to do this with their contemporary interior and pops of colour using Peppermill Interiors’ furniture.
The iconic 18th Century Posthouse in Stafford has now been transformed into an elegant eatery and is full to the brim of individual character and top-to-tail opulence. This is as a result of the careful selection of luxurious and vibrant Peppermill Commercial Furniture. With a vast unique cocktail menu and a delicious menu of modern British classics you really are spoilt for choice at The Posthouse.
Velvet Furniture
Across The Posthouse the use of velvet furniture is key to their luxurious and opulent interior, along with their pine green, baby pink and duck egg blue colour palette. Peppermill’s Granville Velvet Tub Chair in Duck Egg Blue alongside Peppermill’s Sorrento Velvet Occasional Tub Chairs in Dusky Pink look so pleasing together on the eye. Situated in the bar area both tub chairs are extremely comfortable to sit on and make the perfect place to sip on an upmarket cocktail. That isn’t the only Peppermill velvet furniture The Posthouse have sourced from us, they also have sourced our Lorient Retro Style Dining Chairs in both dark green and orange. These chairs add an element of quirky fun to the restaurant since they feature an unusual shape, including a backrest that curves into large arms. They really do make a fantastic feature in a restaurant.
Creative Lighting
The Posthouse has an array of creative light features ranging from dramatic chandeliers to modern neon signs. If you wanted to replicate this look, consider Peppermill Interior’s vast lighting department. The Posthouse has installed two of our most quirky lights, the Top Hat Pendant Light and our Bowler Hat Pendant Light. These lights in the shape of traditional hats bring a smile to anyone’s face and really are a memorable feature of the restaurant’s interior. Alongside these lights are our Quinto Smoked Glass Pendant Lights which contrast amazingly with the more traditional Hat Pendant Light range. This light is the ideal finishing touch to the restaurant, it certainly creates a bold statement with its unusually shaped smoked glass shade. These lights create a cosy and intimate ambience and shine so flawlessly on the Butcher’s Block Topped Tables with their Sheffield X-frame base used across the restaurant for customers to eat at.
Unique Stools
Upstairs The Posthouse have created a private oasis, featuring a living wall, neon sign, chandeliers and gold-plated furniture. Peppermill’s Ivy Velvet Upholstered Bar Stools take pride of place in the space. Their velvet upholstery against the gold-plated steel hairpin legs are a lovely contrast to each other. They are a sleek Scandi inspired piece and a great option for contemporary interiors and spaces. The Ivy stools are available in four sultry colours: Black, Cool Grey, Ocean Teal and Pine Green. The Posthouse have expertly mixed and matched the colours available to create a delicate, tasteful appearance, one which does not look too flamboyant but remains playful.
