Modern Take on a Traditional Tavern
The Tavern’s one of a kind interior has been expertly crafted by Simon Mcilwraith and his team at Collective Design, Newcastle and its dramatic interior hits you as soon as you put your foot through the door. Peppermill’s carefully chosen wooden furniture scattered across the interior perfectly complements the existing raw fabric of the building, such as the showstopping ornately carved wooden bar and the natural flooring. Unique Seating Options
There are so many seating options available within the gastropub, from intimate upholstered dark green leather bench seating to more traditional, classic dining chairs. Vintage charm flows through the interior thanks to the Reading Bar Stools. Made from solid oak, they have visible grain that accentuates their vintage style. They also feature a shaped seat for added comfort. Additionally, the wooden cross back chairs, situated in the dining room, bring a lovely contrast against the emerald green colour palette and the modern geometric tiles.
